The official documents come first
When website content differs from recorded governing documents, adopted policies, official notices, or association records, the official source controls.
No automatic approval
Emailing an architectural review application, submitting a clubhouse request, registering for an event, or using any other form does not guarantee approval, acceptance, or availability.
Resident portal and third-party services
Vantaca and other linked services are operated by third parties and may have separate terms.
Mistakes and outages
The HOA may update, correct, remove, or change website information. The site may occasionally be unavailable.
How the site may be used
Users may not misuse forms, upload harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with website operation.
Intellectual property
The text and design of this website, along with its logo and photographs, belong to the association or are used with its permission. Residents may view and print materials, or download them, for personal, non-commercial use connected with the community. Recorded governing documents are public records and may be shared freely.
