Pay your HOA assessments through Vantaca

Assessment payments and account information are in the Vantaca resident portal, run by Inframark.

The Villages of Avalon website does not collect or process assessment payments.

Hernando County Utilities provides water and trash services for the community.

Electricity

Electric service is provided by either Duke Energy or Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative (WREC), depending on the property address.

Internet, cable & phone

Spectrum, WOW!, and AT&T are among the providers in the area. Which ones reach your address varies.

Need an amenity access card?

Two access cards come with every home for the pools and fitness center, and they transfer to the new owner when a home is sold. Additional or replacement access cards are $25 each, and gate clickers for Cambridge Place and Carlisle Place are $30 each. Both are handled at the Association Manager's office at the clubhouse, 681 Oak Chase Blvd. Office hours are Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
