OneBlood brings the Big Red Bus to the clubhouse parking lot, 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Donors get a $20 eGift card and a cancer awareness T-shirt. The wellness checkup covers blood pressure, pulse, temperature, iron count and cholesterol. Book a time if you can. Bring ID either way.

The agenda covers the pool contract, the proposed 2027 budget, landscaping at the monument signs, and questions from residents on any topic.
