Accessibility Statement
The Villages of Avalon HOA wants every resident to be able to use this website, including residents who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, or need larger text. This page explains what the site does to make that possible and how to reach us if something does not work for you.

Our commitment
The association is committed to making this website accessible to residents with disabilities and to keeping it that way as content is added. The site was built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard most widely used for public-facing websites in the United States.
What the site does
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone. A skip link at the top of each page jumps straight to the main content, and the menus, forms, and pop-up dialogs keep keyboard focus where you expect it.
- Text and background colors meet the contrast levels the guidelines call for, and the site works when you zoom your browser or increase its text size.
- Pages are built with proper headings, landmarks, and labels so screen readers can announce where you are and what each control does.
- Images that carry meaning have text descriptions. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Links that open a document or another website in a new tab say so.
- Animation is reduced or removed when your device is set to prefer reduced motion.
- The site works on phones, tablets, and desktop computers in current versions of the major browsers.
How it is checked
Every page is tested with automated accessibility tools at phone and desktop sizes before each update is published, and the site is also checked by hand with a keyboard. As of the date at the top of this page, those tests report no violations. Automated tools do not catch everything, which is why the contact route below matters.
Documents
The Documents Center holds governing documents, minutes, budgets, and forms, most of them as PDF files. Some of these were produced before this website existed, and older or scanned files may not work well with a screen reader. If you need a document in a different format, or help understanding one, ask the Association Manager and the office will help.
Outside services
Assessment payments and account information live in the Vantaca resident portal, which is run by Inframark and has its own accessibility practices. If you have trouble using the portal, the Association Manager can help you with your account another way.
Tell us if something does not work

- Email the Association Manager at jamrhein@azuria.com.
- Write to or visit the office at 681 Oak Chase Blvd, Spring Hill, FL 34609.
This statement is reviewed whenever the website changes in a way that affects how it works, and the date at the top of the page is updated when it does.
